It’s easy with a large format printer! Leaflets and diagrams, graphs, and other materials created in Word, Excel or PowerPoint can be enlarged and printed in large format quickly and easily. The same with an ordinary printer, you only need to specify paper and size and then print. There is no need to recreate especially for large-format printing.

To fit an A4 size Office document to roll paper width for enlarged printing

Procedure and screens for Windows XP shown. Procedure and screens for Windows 2000/Vista™ will differ.

1. Open the Word, Excel, or PowerPoint document for large-format printing, and select Print in the File menu. 2. For Printer Name in the Print screen, select the name of your imagePROGRAF printer and click Properties. 3. Click Get Information in the Main tab.

4. Check the box for Enlarged/Reduced Printing in the Page Setup tab, select Fit Roll Paper Width, in Orientation select Landscape or Portrait, and then click OK. Click OK in the Print screen.

5. It is printed in large format.
