The revolutionary new CAMMJET combines all of the printing features of the award-winning Hi-Fi JET plus full-contour cutting, delivering unprecedented versatility and productivity. With outstanding cutting functions, color matching capabilities, photo realistic wide-format Roland Piezo printing, and its unique ability to cut after lamination, the CAMMJET takes creativity to a whole new level. Ideally suited for the production of signs, floor graphics, backlit displays, banners, POP materials, and posters, the CAMMJET is truly the ultimate sign production solution.

The CAMMJET as a Printer
The CAMMJET provides accurate, consistent color simulation of PANTONE® Colors when printing in orange and green. Just like the Hi-Fi JET, the CAMMJET is calibrated for PANTONE® Hexachrome® printing. It can accurately simulate over 97% of the PANTONE® Colors. The printing quality on the CAMMJET is outstanding with user-selected options of 1440, 720, 540, 360 and 180 dpi resolutions matched to Roland media for sign output.

The CAMMJET as a Cutter
Roland is recognized in the sign industry for its superb media moving and cutting engineering. The Roland CAMMJET features the very latest in Roland cutting technology. As a sign cutter, the CAMMJET utilizes the same cutting technology as Roland’s high production CAMM-1 Pro series of vinyl cutters. Boasting a maximum cutting speed of 24 inches per second, cutting increments.

New print head technology and Roland's innovative engineering combine to make the Hi-Fi JET PRO groundbreaking in several ways. First, the device is the first wide format printer to offer variable droplet technology which enables the RIP to control 3 different droplet sizes for ultra high-resolution as well as enhanced color control. Second, the Hi-Fi JET PRO employs 8-color process printing, simultaneously providing the advantages of light cyan and light magenta for subtle changes in color transitions, plus orange and green for a greatly expanded color gamut. Third, the machine effectively prints in 1440x1440 dpi, delivering exceptional resolution. Finally, the combination of dual heads tuned for speed, a new improved RIP, and the ability to print double CMYK delivers three times the speed of the previous Hi-Fi Jet.

Roland Piezo Print Technology
The Hi-Fi JET PRO achieves true 1440 x 1440 dpi printing with 96 nozzle Piezo print heads. The advantage of these printers over other wide-format high fidelity printers on the market is due not only to the variable dot sizes used, but also the accurate dot placement and the media feed precision resulting from Roland’s superior hardware engineering. This stunning 1440 x 1440 dpi resolution realistically reproduces the gleam of metallic shine or the soft, subtle gradations of skin tones ideal for photographic or fine art reproductions. In addition, the superior dot size and placement enhances text definition of even the smallest font sizes commonly used in printing.
